The high-end chain of the Thai group Minor has announced the development of a hotel on the southern coast of Mauritius. It must open its doors by 2021.

Avani Hotels & Resorts, Thai chain Minor Hotel Group, has announced the development of a resort in Mauritius. Located on the seafront, to the south of this island off the coast of Madagascar, the resort will house 150 rooms, including 16 suites, and is expected to be completed by 2021.

There are also two restaurants, a meeting room, a spa, a fitness center, a children’s club and two swimming pools. In addition, 12 villas will be built on site and put on sale.
Alejandro Bernabe, Group Director of the upscale Thai chain, said: “Avani is developing rapidly, not only in urban destinations such as Dubai, Busan and Auckland, but also resorts in Vietnam, Seychelles, Sri Lanka and now In Mauritius. ”

Avani Hotels & Resorts has 18 establishments totaling 3562 rooms,
